The total membership at present stands at 550 comprising of
- Individual families
- Voluntary schemes
- Special schools
- Adult Training Centres
- Mainstream schools
- Nurseries
- Professionals
This is a free service to families. Each member can borrow up to 4 - 6 items at any one time. Equipment is loaned for a period of approximately one month although extended loans are available depending upon demand and circumstances. A catalogue CD Rom is available free. Also a photographic catalogue of items at the library is available to aid selection.
